Payment Policy
1. Enrollment will only be confirmed once payment has been received and processed, as well as the information provided is valid.
2. The tuition is in Euros, Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the student.
3. Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment. The course provider reserves the right to deny access to classes until outstanding payments are settled.
4. Course fees include tuition and instruction during the scheduled course hours. External costs, such as internet access or additional materials, are not included and must be covered by the student.

5. The course provider reserves the right to adjust fees at any time. However, changes will not affect students who have already completed their payment for an ongoing course.
6. Payments are non-refundable once the course has started. Refunds for cancellations made 30 days before the course starts will be handled according to the the cancellation policy.

7. If the course provider cancels a course, students will receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the course start date will receive a 100% refund, minus the ROF(see below).
2. Cancellations made in less than 4 weeks but at least one week (7 calendar days) before the course start date will receive a 50% refund, minus the ROF.

3. Cancellations made less than seven calendar days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Group courses require a minimum of 15 students (or 8 students for semi-private courses). If the minimum enrollment is not met, the course provider reserves the right to cancel the course and issue a full refund or a prorated refund for any unused hours if the course is canceled after it has started.

5. In cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies (e.g., illness), the course provider may, at its discretion, allow the student to transfer their payment to another course within one year.

6. No refunds or compensations will be provided for missed classes due to late arrival, early departure, or other reasons beyond the course provider’s control.

7. If the course provider cancels a course, students will receive a full refund for any payments made.
​
8. If a class is postponed or rescheduled by the course provider, no refunds will be issued. However, the provider will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class at a mutually convenient time.

9. Registration fees, administrative fees, and bank transfer or conversion fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
10. The ROF, ie., Fefund Operation Fee, is €50.
