1, What’s PLA A2 certificate?

Certification for PLA (Portuguese Lingua de Alcohimento). 

Upon completing the course successfully. They will be certified for the Portuguese Language Proficiency accordingly by the awarding body. PLA certifications are recognized for the application of Portuguese Citizenship

 

2, Why should need to have Portuguese A2 certificate?

In order to have permarnent residency in Portugal or Portuguese citizenship, applicants are required to show proof of basic Portuguese language proficiency by law. If you are seeking permarnent residency or Portuguese citizenship, you have to have A2 level Portuguese language certificate.

 

3, What’s difference between your online courses and other in-person courses?

There is no difference, our courses are recognized by the Portuguese authority provided by eligible public schools in Portugal, the A2 certificates issued for our online courses hold the same legal validity as those provided for in-person courses in Portugal.

 

4, Who shall get the A2 certificate?

Any adults who want to apply Portuguese citizenship should have Portuguese A2 certificate as the proof of basic Portuguese language efficiency by law.

 

5, What’s the benefits of your online courses?

Our online courses provide a practical way for those who resides outside of Portugal to learn Portuguese and get the A2 certificate, by finishing the mandatory 150 hours of learning, the students will have the A2 certificate without the exams.

 

6, Do I have to complete 150 hours of online learning in order to get the certificate?

Yes, it’s mandatory, the students are required for 100% attendance for the classes.

 

7, Any extra expenses besides the tuition? Does the tuition include learning materials?

No, the learning materials will be provided electronically and are included in the tuition.

 

8, Does everyone in the Golden Visa application shall have A2 certificate for Portuguese citizenship?

No, only the applicants over 16-year-old shall have A2 certificate. If their parents become citizens, the children can become citizens without language test or A2 certificate.

 

9. Can I join the course if I’m not a beginner?

Currently, our courses start at the absolute beginner level. If you have prior knowledge, you may contact us to discuss specific arrangements or options.

 

10. What happens if I miss a class?

Missed classes are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may offer a rescheduling option or allow you to join another group, subject to availability and discretion.

 

11. What is the cancellation policy?

Please refer to the Refund and Cancellation Policy section for detailed information. Refunds vary depending on when the cancellation request is made.

 

12. Can I change my course or group after enrollment?

Yes, you may request a change in your group or schedule, subject to availability and approval by the school administration.
